The behavior of Northern Rhodesian government is understood as their leader has supreme power over Barotseland. There has never been a time in the history of Barotseland that the King stood in a queue to vote for a politician apart from in the reign of the current King. I do not see why Malozi (or the King) should complain about Northern Rhodesian Leader enthroning a chief when even a King bows to him.
